Here are some of the positions we are looking to fill right now:
Medical Sales Representatives - We are seeking as many qualified pharma, medical device and medical sales reps (1099 independent contractors) as possible, in both the Greater Los Angeles area, as well as nationwide, to sell a revolutionary turn-key treatment program to principally primary care physicians (i.e., internal medicine, family medicine, general practice), who are presently referring their patients out to specialists, but will now be able to keep their patients in-house, thereby generating significantly increased practice revenue.We are proud to be an authorized distributor for our forward-thinking client, who has developed a one-of-a-kind clinical model that offers near perfect patient outcomes and extraordinarily high patient satisfaction. This program is designed for the physician that already has an established practice, but does not yet offer our treatment option as a component of their business model. Our client's equipment packages include all the hardware and supplies needed for the program, and once an equipment package is purchased, they provide the necessary training, supplies, DME, etc. They even provide Medicare accreditation services, if needed.
The best part of this unique program is that it is fully reimbursable by all major insurance companies, including Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Comp, HMO, Commercial, etc. Therefore, there's no out-of-pocket expense to the patients, a generous insurance reimbursement to the physicians, and a very generous commission plan for our medical sales reps. We call that a win-win-win situation!
With the above in mind, experienced pharma sales / medical sales / medical device reps who are already principally calling on, and working with, primary care physicians will have the inside track on being successful in selling this program. That said, if you're experienced in calling on, and working with, orthopedic, pain management, and foot and ankle surgeons, you should do very well too. Also, it's perfectly alright if you're presently working selling other pharmaceutical / medical products / services / devices and would like to add this program to your existing business portfolio on a full-time or part-time basis, as long as there is no conflict of interest with your present book of business.
Marketing Strategists - Must be able to lead small group seminars, perform on-site consulting, come up with strategies for our clients, create marketing plans, provide ongoing consulting and sell our services. This position requires someone who is very talented at building credibility and motivating others to action.
Account Managers - Must be able to work directly with clients and the Marketing Strategists to manage and execute marketing campaigns. Lead the creative process (i.e., yourself, the artists and writers).
Art Directors - Must be fluent in both print and web art design, and be able to work well as part of a team with writers, Account Managers and Marketing Strategists.
Senior Writers - Must be able to create copy that sells, and direct response experience is a big plus. Most of your writing will be consumer driven (not hyper technical). You will work as part of a team with the artist(s), Marketing Strategist and Account Manager.
Internet Marketing Specialists - Must have PPC, SEO, back links, web design experience and more.
Publicists - Must be able to work on both one-off projects and long-term campaigns, nationwide.
Trainers - Must be able to work with both medical staffs and doctors to help them convert phone inquiries to visits to patients.
Marketing Representatives - Must be able to identify and develop key physician clients to achieve revenue and market share goals for the MicroMD, CardioSuite, Gene Smart, etc. medical-related products being marketed by us. If you are a driven, self-motivated, skilled sales professional you will have excellent earning potential with an uncapped commission plan.

- Understand, explain and demonstrate all steps of product applications and techniques
- Pay attention to details and follow up to ensure excellent pre & post-application customer service
- Maintain up-to-date information on all accounts, representatives, customers, prospects, etc.
- Maintain timely call reports
- Track orders & submit all paperwork and information necessary for accurate and timely pre-authorization, delivery and billing
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating through Outlook, Word, Excel, and clients’ database software
- 5+ years related work experience and a demonstrated track-record of success in selling within the medical industry
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred, but experience in lieu of education will be considered

Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruits physicians within appropriate time frames based on established performance standards
- Initiates the placement of employment ads in various sources, to include, but not limited to, the Internet and newspapers
- Generates physician leads via cold calling and follows up on other leads such as responses to ads and mass mailings
- Screens/interviews prospective candidates via telephone
- Develops and maintains a physician filing system for current and future openings in order to follow-up on contract renewals
- Heavy phone work is required with a minimum 50 to 75 calls per day
- Maintains accurate records on recruiting efforts and submits monthly and weekly reports, as needed and assigned
- Contacts various health systems, hospitals, clinics, physician groups, family practices in your assigned region (not already contracted to BAC Medical Marketing) to secure employment contracts for physicians
- Initiates correspondence to physician candidates by providing information to physicians about new client facilities and the organization’s policies
- Physician recruiters will work from virtual offices
- All resources, within IRS independent contractor guidelines, will be provided by BAC Medical Marketing
